In accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules promulgated thereunder, the Company has adopted this Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
Towards this, we shall
- Provide Corporate sponsorship in support of innovative and caring community programmes and services for deprived community groups;
- Promote social equity and partner with communities in health care, education and skill building
- Continue to abide by ethical practices, maintain transparency in our engagements, with stakeholders and advocate responsible business practices
- Provide disaster relief under applicable items in Schedule VII of the CSR Requirements; and
- Provide financial assistance, sponsored programs to reputable non-governmental organisations (“NGOs”) working in any of the above indicated areas
